About The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Mathematics Course Creator to develop engaging and effective curriculum content for Grades 6 to 8, aligned with the CBSE standards. This role is ideal for a professional with a solid track record in the Edtech sector, who possesses a deep understanding of mathematics education and innovative digital learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Curriculum Development: Design and develop comprehensive mathematics curriculum materials for Grades 6 to 8. Ensure content is aligned with CBSE standards and incorporates engaging and interactive educational methodologies.
- Content Quality Management: Oversee the quality assurance of all educational content, ensuring it meets the high standards necessary for educational excellence and student engagement.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and support junior course creators, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality content creation and professional growth.
- Innovation and Implementation: Leverage the latest educational technologies and methodologies to enhance the learning experience. Stay ahead of current trends in math education and integrate innovative ideas into curriculum design.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyse the effectiveness of the courses through student feedback and academic results, making data-driven decisions to refine and improve content delivery.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in curriculum development for mathematics, specifically for Grades 6 to 8, within the CBSE framework.
- Prior experience working in the Edtech industry, with a proven ability to integrate technology into educational content effectively.
- A strong academic background in Mathematics or Mathematics Education, with a master’s degree preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing educational projects and teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Should be adept in using AI tools like ChatGPT for course creation.
