As we expand rapidly, we’re seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our B2B and B2C sales efforts in the education space.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver the sales strategy for MeraTutor Homie across school, coaching, and institutional partnerships.
 - Drive revenue growth through direct B2B/B2C channels and strategic partnerships.
 - Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance sales team aligned with quarterly sales targets.
 - Identify and nurture relationships with decision-makers in schools, coaching institutes, and education networks.
 - Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to refine go-to-market strategies.
 - Represent the company at industry events, expos, and networking opportunities.
 - Prepare regular sales forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis for leadership review.
 
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in EdTech SaaS sales (both B2B and B2C preferred).
 - Proven track record in achieving and exceeding quarterly sales targets.
 - Strong network and experience in selling to schools, educators, coaching institutes, and other academic institutions.
 - Prior experience in building and managing sales teams with a hands-on leadership style.
 - Ability to work under high-pressure sales environments with tight timelines.
 - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
 - Deep understanding of the sales lifecycle in SaaS or subscription-based education products.
 - CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar tools) and data-driven decision-making ability.

- Achievement of quarterly and annual revenue goals.
 - Sales pipeline growth and conversion rates.
 - Number of institutional partnerships closed.
 - Team productivity and onboarding efficiency.
 - Customer retention and satisfaction in collaboration with the support team.
