Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Recruiter to join our team and lead the recruiting efforts for our software development division. The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for a variety of technical roles, including software engineers, developers, and other IT professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven individual to take a leadership role in building and scaling a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a recruiting strategy to attract top talent in the software industry
- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks
- Lead the interview process, including scheduling and conducting initial screenings and in-person interviews
- Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and closing candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and build a diverse and inclusive workforce
- Continuously improve and update recruiting processes and procedures to stay current with industry trends and best practices
- Provide regular updates to management on recruiting activities and progress
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting for the software industry
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring technical talent
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and technologies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
