Job Purpose:
The Senior Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for our Information Technology Services company. The candidate will be responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target accounts and securing new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, lead generation and networking
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target accounts
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless sales process
- Provide regular reporting and analysis of sales performance to senior management
- Continuously improve sales processes and practices to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Attend trade shows, events, and conferences to promote the company’s services
- Act as a liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- MBA in Sales or equivalent from a reputed institution.
- Proven experience in a business development or sales role, ideally within the Information Technology Services industry
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion and relationship-building skills
- Strong ability to identify new business opportunities and secure new clients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience in creating and implementing sales strategies
